There are so many up-sides to exercise! It enhances your quality of sleep, adds sparkle and radiance to your complexion, increases your energy, decreases your risk for osteoporosis, improves your body shape, increases your mental focus and self-esteem, tones and firms your muscles, makes your body use calories more effectively, reduces your risk of a heart attack and breast cancer, improves your posture and muscle chemistry, eases and can eliminate back problems and pain, enhances immune system, reduces joint pain, strengthens your heart, improves blood flow and puts you in a good mood! There are so many positives that it is hard to find any “down side” with exercising.
