I am a 47 year old wife and mother of 4. I have been overweight my whole life. It is just recently that I decided that I needed to do something about my weight.this has been a long and hard struggle for me. I know what to do and how to do it but making myself do it is another thing. I want to be around for my children and any grandchildren that come along. My Goals:
my goal is to lose weight and to be healthy.
My nutrition goals:
1. to eat more balanced meals
2. try a new recipe every week
My fitness goals:
1. to do some sort of cardio everyday at least 10 minutes
2. to do more strength training 3x a week
My spiritual goals:
1. read my Bible everyday
2. Memorize James 1 and work on James 2

My Program:
1. I will track all my food
2. I will measure my food so I know how much I am eating
3. I will eat 5 to 6 fruits and veggies a day
4. I will do 5 to 10 min of strength training 3 days a week
5. mix up cardio between walking and treadclimbing
6. spend 1/2 hour to 45mins a day in God's word which includes memory verses and prayer time

Of course you had a NSV this week. It can be ANYTHING, and you've been there for your dad which is a huge NSV. Please enter something, anything for your NSV on your tracker in order for me to afford you Accountability Points for a completed tracker. Great loss in the measurements department. I just reviewed your trackers, and I am impressed. I know it's difficult for you now with your dad being in the hospital, but I would like to see you get to One-der-land. (I'd like to be there myself.) Let's both move in the right direction!!
