Long time no see for me! Just coming back. I had been exercising consistently for about 2 months over the summer, then in September, I slacked off. Just returned here yesterday. Also started walking (at work) last week. Walked yesterday for about 30 minutes and today for about 40 minutes. :-) Gained some weight, but hoping to lose it. :-) emoticon

Yes, I'm a Baptist and I love to sew. I stop for awhile but I will start back again.

Have you joined any of the sparkteams that is a great help?

I love the site because it has taught me a lot about portion eating, fruits and vegetable, exercising and most of all drinking water which I have been doing already.
