Freedom of movement

I'm 64. Over the years I had put on too much weight by getting out of balance with too much work and too many interests at home. Lately I've been getting things squared away.

My waist size went down from 48 to 40 the last three months and is now 38. I'm enjoying wearing manyy old clothes that were packed away. I'm no longer diabetic. My legs and feet are no longer swollen with edema, so I've put away my expensive compression hose and gone back to wearing ordinary socks.
