Back on track

Hi I am a 45 year old librarian who has lived a pretty sedentary lifestyle. Exercise and eating healthy on a consistent basis has been hard for me, which has led to my weight fluctuating throughout my adult life. Getting diagnosed with diabetes several years ago was a wakeup call, but I have still had real trouble making longterm changes.

I would like to lose about 75 pounds, although ideally I should lose about 100. I just want to be healthier and feel better about the way ...

Exercise moderately 5 days per week
