Run an 8:00 mile. (done 6/11)

Try kettlebells.

Take swim class for Tri training. (done 11/11)


Participate in one 2012 triathlon.

Take 2nd Triathlon swim class. (done 1/12 and 3rd class taken!)



My Program:
I eat a whole foods, often organic vegetarian diet. I do cardio 4 times a week for at least 30-60 minutes, lift weights 1 times a week and do yoga once a week. I did my first Triathlon in July 2010 and ran the Disney Half Marathon in January 2011! I finished my first marathon in October 2011!
