I Need Encouragement

I need to keep thinking positive to lose weight. I have tried and every time I go off and get discouraged. I mean it this time I will do it. This is a journey that I must take. It means living for one day at a time. One did not put the weight on overnight and it won't come off overnight. I face each day with courage, love and laughter. With everything I will succeed. If you believe you can you will do it.

Personal Information:
I live in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. I took care of my mother who is 91 until she broke her hip and can not walk anymore. She is now in a nursing home and is not well. I visit with her every day. She is a wonderful mother. I have a nephew and he is great. I work, love to cook and I sing.

Other Information:
I enjoy myself whenever I can and like to spend time reading.
