Thanks for stopping by my new bike blog. Slow and steady is how I go. So far today I've done 7 minutes and 13 minutes on the bike. I'm hoping to go a total of 40 minutes today because I feel great. Had my doubts this morning but I'm feeling great right now. It's raining outside so it's doubtful that I'll get my dog walk in today.
