One Day at a Time

I am in my sixties, diabetic, and fun loving. I need someone to keep me motivated. I do fine in the eating department and watch my sugar levels very closely but I can not seem to motivate myself the exercise. I used to enjoy Curves but with the economy like it is I can no longer justify the cost to my budget.

My Goals:
I want to start walking every day. To start slow and then increase time and strength. I used to walk 5 miles a day but no more. I tire myself just walking to the mail box.

My Program:
I am logging my food dairy every day. Reading the articles that interest me but I just can't motivate myself to start walking again. My mind keeps giving me excuses not to do it "today". That tomorrow is another day.
