I am Living Healthier with SPARKPeople. Several years ago my SPARKPeople account was established. Shortly thereafter, unexpected events unfolded in my life and my attempt to improve my health quickly went by the wayside.

It seemed that in the blink of an eye years had passed. Summer 2013 I began walking routinely. In December 2013 I returned to SPARKPeople. I had successfully sustained my walking routine for 6 months. It was time to improve my nutrition.

The first time I ran in the 50's I wore long pants. I later learned that mid-50s is very comfortable in shorts, as long as I'm running. It's not so good in shorts for standing around, and iffy for walking.
