I am Living Healthier with SPARKPeople. Several years ago my SPARKPeople account was established. Shortly thereafter, unexpected events unfolded in my life and my attempt to improve my health quickly went by the wayside.

It seemed that in the blink of an eye years had passed. Summer 2013 I began walking routinely. In December 2013 I returned to SPARKPeople. I had successfully sustained my walking routine for 6 months. It was time to improve my nutrition.

Wow!!! you said even if its hard know that I am doing something good for me, boy those words hit me hard, because tonight my ankles were killing me on the treadmill, but I bumped up my speed to 2.4 and my heart rate got up to 139. That just shows you how out of shape I am . Your words on my blog made my night!!! Thank you so much for rooting for me!!!! Julie emoticon
