So it's now 2014 and I'm still kind of where I don't want to be at. This year I'll develop better habits and will get the weight down where I want it to be. I'll be able to wear my wedding ring again, fit into my riding gear better, feel better about myself, enjoy clothes shopping and get stronger.

You are doing great. It takes more than. Two weeks to get a routine going. Just keep plugging along and it will come. You are amazing...I don't think I would be able to take on all those challenges...you are strong and fearless, go get them.

It wasn't too long ago that I took an online business degree and remember the hours of homework! The things we get ourselves into but worthwhile when you get that degree! Hang in there!

Thanks for the light information. Do you feel like it makes a difference for you? I'm really interested in the non-drug ways of dealing with depression/anxiety, but don't want to throw money out the window.
