I took a break off of SparkPeople for a bit and now I am back online and re-created my account starting from scratch. Not sure deactivating my account and bringing it back was a great idea. I was trying to "not" focus on losing weight and see how I did. Well, it wasn't the best decision.

I would like to slowly get back to creating good habits and not have the all-or-nothing issue. When I try to change too much at once it really seems to backfire.
