I am improving each day.

At 32 my life changed with the onset of recurrent pericarditis and my career as and active duty airmen in the US Air Force came to an end . God has a plans for us all and I've returned Texas. I have met a wonderful group of people who find strength in each other. I've went from having a negative outlook on life to becoming a positive, motivated individual who is accomplishing goals and hopes to inspire others.

Hi James!

I need to get your starting measurements for the SPICE challenge. Please paste the following template into a sparkmessage to me and provide the following info:

Name:
Starting Weight:

Starting Measurements:
- Neck - Standing, measure your neck at its largest girth, right over the Adam's apple.
- Arm - Measure at its largest girth, relaxed with arms at side.
- Chest - Standing, measure with breath out just over the nipple.
- Waist - Standing, measure at the narrowest point.
- Belly Button- Standing, measure around your stomach area with the tape directly over your belly button.
- Hips - Measure at the largest girth, where the butt is protruding the greatest.
- Thigh - Standing, measure at the largest girth.
- Calf - Seated if you are measuring yourself or standing if you have a partner, measure at its largest girth.
