My goal is to finally make this a lifestyle change instead of a diet. I would like to get to my goal weight and maintain it through eating healthy and exercising.... 145lbs here I come!!!!!!!
I eat within my calorie range most of the week with a meal off on the weekend. I run 4-6miles 4x/week and one long run of at least 8 miles on the weekend. I am going to try and incorporate some PureBarre dvds as well.....
Happily married almost 22 years with two amazing teen-agers. Recently we moved into our dream home!!!!
I always happy to help and be Supportive friend. I always ready to walk and talk or walk and listen. I have to pay my kids to walk with me. but their 30 min. is 10 min. I always look for people that makes me smile or just if I'm having a bad day to talk to.
