My Goals:
Winter BLC Challenge Goals:

Exercise Plan: Cardio 5 times a week and Strength 3 times a week.

Nutrition Plan: Clean Eating and limit night time eating

My Program:
I am a member of our local YMCA and this is a huge motivator for me. I go to several classes, work with a coach, and participate in different challenges. I currently love Zumba, Spin, and Strength Training. I am also working on eliminating processed foods, meat, and dairy. Essentially I want to have a whole food, plant based diet.

Personal Information:
I live in Central Florida. I am married and have 2 fur children. :) We have a great group of friends and are active in our church.

Other Information:
I love reading and love finding free books on Amazon for my Kindle :)

You are going to LOVE weight watchers. Seriously it is amazing and there is so many great alternatives! If you ever need recipes or have any questions let me know! If you have Pinterest, I have a WW Friendly recipe board that you are more than welcome to follow. Just search for Zana Setunsky-Keener. I should be the only one. HAHA :) Good luck on your first week and enjoy it!
