My Goals:
Winter BLC Challenge Goals:

Exercise Plan: Cardio 5 times a week and Strength 3 times a week.

Nutrition Plan: Clean Eating and limit night time eating

My Program:
I am a member of our local YMCA and this is a huge motivator for me. I go to several classes, work with a coach, and participate in different challenges. I currently love Zumba, Spin, and Strength Training. I am also working on eliminating processed foods, meat, and dairy. Essentially I want to have a whole food, plant based diet.

Personal Information:
I live in Central Florida. I am married and have 2 fur children. :) We have a great group of friends and are active in our church.

Other Information:
I love reading and love finding free books on Amazon for my Kindle :)

Good morning! Are you tired of watching what you eat, finding time to exercise, trying to do things up differently to stay interested and engaged? It’s at those moments when we’re wondering if it’s all worth it we need to dig deep into our inner person, the one so far deep, deep inside and find the will to continue.
