My goals are to oversome the issues I have with food and make better decisions. I want to lose weight and have an active lifestyle.
I am a member of our local YMCA and this is a huge motivator for me. I go to several classes, work with a coach, and particpate in different challenges. I surrently love Zumba, Spin, and Strength Training. I am also working on eliminating processed foods, meat, and dairy. Essentially I want to have a whole food, plant based diet.
I live in Central Florida. I am married and have 2 fur children. :) We have a great group of friends and are active in our church.
I love reading and love finding free books on Amazon for my Kindle :)
thanks for the comment on my progress pic! its good for me too to be inspired by the journey I'm on, and see the bridges I've crossed & mountains climbed to keep me focused. I want to keep on doing all I can to be the healthiest me I can be! We all gotta remind ourselves we are SO worth loving & someone super precious...and prove that with our actions/words to ourselves.
