My Goals:
Winter BLC Challenge Goals:

Exercise Plan: Cardio 5 times a week and Strength 3 times a week.

Nutrition Plan: Clean Eating and limit night time eating

My Program:
I am a member of our local YMCA and this is a huge motivator for me. I go to several classes, work with a coach, and participate in different challenges. I currently love Zumba, Spin, and Strength Training. I am also working on eliminating processed foods, meat, and dairy. Essentially I want to have a whole food, plant based diet.

Personal Information:
I live in Central Florida. I am married and have 2 fur children. :) We have a great group of friends and are active in our church.

Other Information:
I love reading and love finding free books on Amazon for my Kindle :)

Hi Jen, glad the PT is going well, I had 2 knee replacements and I am no stranger to PT, it was a god send I would never have done as well without it! You'll be good as new in no time at all!

Yes I was too!! A little sisterhood in a new challenge never hurt! I signed up for Butterflies, Mustangs, and Tortoises in that order. I am so excited to get a team though! This challenge looks a little more rigid than the Diamonds which I honestly need right now. I recommitted to WW on Saturday and really am gonna try and stay on track for longer than a week or two! :) HAHA
