I am 33 years old. I have 4 children ranging in ages from 2-14. I have be overweight my entire adult life. I have gradually put on more and more weight over the years. I am miserable in my own body. I want to change that. I have 115 pounds to lose. A whole other person. Ready to get this done.

3)Be more active.
4)Lose 2 pounds a week.
5)Get out of my comfort zone.

My Program:
I will track everything I eat, drink and feel. No food will be off limits, I will eat in moderation. I will do this slowly.

Personal Information:
I am 33. I live in Kentucky and I love it. I have 4 kids and one kitty. The kitten was a Christmas present for my son. I work full time on the night shift and I hope to get a daytime position soon at my current employer.

hey! I came across your page. I'm lisa. I added you because i saw we had similar goals. I'm starting off at 248. I would love to get down to 160 (I'm 5'7). But right now I have a short term goal of 230. Onderland is also a HUGE goal.
Add me back and hopefully we can be motivational to each other!
