A New And Better Me For The Year 2013

I am a mother of 2 wonderful boys. My life involves my boyfriend and my boys. i am trying to lose weight to be at my goal weight of 130. I changed my goal weight this year. My goal is to lose 2 pounds a week, eat right, exercise. I want to be a healthy weight for my kids so i can have the energy to play with them and to set a positive attitude and a healthy lifestyle for them. This Year is going to be my year to became a better Mom, Wife and a Friend and live a healthy lifestyle.

My Goals:
To lose 10 pds a month.

1. Make healthier food choices.

2. stay within my calorie range.

3. Get moving!

4. Spend more time outside.

5.Find time for me at least a couple days a week.



My Program:
Fitness: Gym Mon-Thurs

Mon and Wed: Treadmill for 30 mins on cardio or weight loss. 20-25 mins upper body workout. Arms and back 3 sets of 15. ELiptical for 15 mins. Streach for 2 mins

Tues and Thurs: Treadmill for either 20 to 30 mins, Lower body workout legs 20 -25 mins 3 sets of 20. ab work out 3 sets 20 for 20 mins and the arch for 15 mins. Streach for 2 mins
Friday: BIke ride for about and hour around the neighborhood.
Saturday: relaxed 30 min walk.
Sunday: Swimming or playing soccer. 1 hr for both.

Nutrition: 8 oz glasses of water daily.
4 veggies a day
2-3 fruits a day.

Moviantional: Log fitness minutes and Food.
Read 1 motiational thing everyday.

Personal Information:
i am from Baltimore Md. I lived here all my life. I have 2 wonderful sons. My boyfriend is my biggest movitator.

Other Information:
Live your life to the fullest, and don't take anything for granted.. life is to short.

sorry Im finding it hard to get on here lately Ive been MIA. Ive been so consumed with work the end of the year its exciting ~ also committed myself to do this 5k run 10 weeks ago so Ive been training for that. Today is the 5K run Im excited ~ gotta get ready to be there by 9:15am whew Im up so early full of energy and nerves now! lol
Im glad to hear about the wedding plans your smart to have all that time to prepare. Once you find a venue and the dress the rest of the plans will fall into place , that's so exciting!! Have a fabulous weekend!! I'll be in touch

How are you? How are the plans coming? Im sorry I haven't been on here as much as I d like to be lately things are just crazy! I will try to be better about it, after June 1st then I should have some time to get back on here. :) I want to catch up... ok have a fabulous week!! ttyl Karen

enjoy every minute of being engaged it goes by fast! I remember how excited I was and the world looks so different when your in love! :) Have you started looking at dresses? or venues? bridal books, lol.................oh the fun you will have emoticon
