Wish I were anywhere but here....

While my title is a bit negative (for which I apologize!), after 40 years of "dieting", being thin for a month and then working my way back to being heavy, I'm ready to stop this cycle.

Actually .6# til I get to 120, but.....pretty close!
I'm tellin' ya, these challenges I've been doing since January have REALLY inspired me to stay on track! Biggest Loser it's called I guess. Lots of fun, so can't complain, because it's really helped.....obviously! emoticon

Yep...down 32#--probably 20# of it I gained over the first part (3 mos) of HORRIBLE winter; but mid Jan. was start of winter challenge, then spring & now summer. Didn't realize I was so competitive!!! emoticon

Well, hopefully you've been enjoying your summer & family.
Had computer in for repairs for 4 days & REALLY felt lost: no exercise videos, no place to record food/exercise, etc. emoticon

LOL @ just wanting to maintain 10 pounds lighter! I totally understand that and it sounds fair. It is good practice though (at least that is what they keep telling me), and the fact that you are maintaining all you have lost already is no small feat. Keep up the good work, and hopefully that scale will admit defeat soon and start budging in the right direction. emoticon
