LOL @ just wanting to maintain 10 pounds lighter! I totally understand that and it sounds fair. It is good practice though (at least that is what they keep telling me), and the fact that you are maintaining all you have lost already is no small feat. Keep up the good work, and hopefully that scale will admit defeat soon and start budging in the right direction.
Thanks so much for the Goodie! Mostly cooking meals for the week plus two bike rides in 2 days with friend & fellow bicycle club member: total 26.7 miles! Hope you've enjoyed your weekend as much as I have.
