Jenna with a mission to be 130 by 1st Jan 2010

I am told that I am to start this with very small goals , So first 8 -10 pounds in 8 weeks . And hoefully by the end of the year I would be happy and healthy with my 130 goal .

I saw your board post about your weigh-in today. Don't be discouraged... sometimes it's hard to see results right away. Sometimes people even gain weight first because of the muscle they are building (in the meantime, they're losing the fat lbs, but because muscles weigh more than fat it's hard to tell just by the scale). How do your clothes feel? Maybe you should measure yourself, and then check again in 4-6 weeks or so to see the changes?
