I am a stay at home mom with two girls: 3 1/2 and 2. Doesn't always feel like I get much me time, and unfortunately, weight management and fitness have all but fallen off the radar. Shortly after my second kiddo was born, I was diagnosed with Palindromic Arthritis: depending on the day, my energy feels zapped, and my body feels unwilling. I tend to be a stress eater, which has just added the pounds after some ongoing family drama.

I am ready to cut out the excuses and start losing ...
