Forty and Fit

I am a busy, working mom of an amazing 6 year old boy. I am turning forty soon (January 4th) and want to get back to fit. At one point in my life, healthy eating and exercise were habits and after my pregnancy, I lost myself - too busy to work-out, too busy to eat right, etc., etc., etc. I'm now pushing forty with forty pounds to loose (oh the irony). This is my first step to re-committing to myself.

My Program:
Track calories.
Exercise daily - 3 days of cardio / 3 days of strength training / 1 active day.

Personal Information:
I grew up in Arkansas but now live in the Denver area.

Other Information:
My little boy, Dylan, is the most amazing thing in the world!

I love my 3 dogs - a Pomeranian, Labradoodle and a Schnoodle.
