Lose the last 8-10 lbs
Increase muscle tone with CrossFit and lifting heavy
Continue my very active lifestyle (I am a spinning instructor and runner)
I am following the Zone diet recommendations, tracking my food, and exercising for at least an hour 5-6 times a week.
My exercise is comprised of:
Spinning (Instructing), 60 minutes, 3x/week
Running 40-180 minutes, 2-3x/week
CrossFit or Lifting, 3-4x/week
Ab work for at least 10 minutes, 6x/week
My name is Jennie. I'm 31, 5'2", and I live in Central CT with my husband, our cats, Bruno and Daisy, and our bird, Doughty.
I had much success on the Momentum plan at Weight Watchers (the reason for my very long hiatus here!). I lost 25 lbs on that program, and became a 'Lifetime' member! However, when they rolled out the new PointsPlus plan, I began gaining steadily. They have some work to do to make it work for those of us who are 'clean eaters' with less to lose.
Initially, I had planned on going back when they fixed the plan, but I have found my new home here to be a much better fit, so I have officially 'goodbye' to WW and 'Hello, again, old friend' to SparkPeople!
I am so close to my ultimate goal! I love the friends I've made so far, and I am sure SP can help me get there. :)
I generally like pretty simple things... Reading, kitting, embroidery, running, hitting the gym, movies with friends, walks with DH, the occasional party... The list goes on, but you get the idea.

I read your latest blog. I can see that marriage hasn't slowed you down any--not that I thought it would. I hope you are doing great with your new plan. As always I am amazed at all the fitness things you do!

Well, looking on the bright side, you are just a young chickadee with time on your side:-) I bet you can turn things around slowly with healthy and sensible habits. Which is why you have an appt set up, right?
I hope Thanksgiving was not too traumatic without your mom--as in I hope you had some emotional support to help you deal with it. Of course it was hard!
