My Goals:
Make lifestyle changes that will help me lose weight PERMANENTLY!











My Program:
Try to eat mostly unprocessed foods

Limit oils/salt/sugar

Eat complex carbs over simple carbs

Avoid red meat/pork

Avoid junk/processed foods as much as possible

Cheat meals not cheat days if needed

Just basically eat healthy and avoid food that is obviously bad for you!!

EXERCISE PORTION CONTROL

and lastly ..MOVE MORE!!!

ha! Convenience! The astronauts emoticon emoticon emoticon have it that way and is not very appealing the food they eat while in space emoticon just gotta find your groove! There are plenty of foods that are convenient, the question is: do you want those foods? lol emoticon

You are emoticon ! I might not be the "perfect" example LOL but we are very much alike in ways you might not think! We are both so picky...I guess it also helps that I can't taste or smell so I don't desire the foods I once enjoyed that aren't the best for you emoticon what has helped me is, finding a better quality product to replace the one I like, this way is less processed, no nasties and I'll feel good about eating it. Don't be afraid to venture out... emoticon
