Make lifestyle changes that will help me lose weight PERMANENTLY!











My Program:
Try to eat mostly unprocessed foods

Limit oils/salt/sugar

Eat complex carbs over simple carbs

Avoid red meat/pork

Avoid junk/processed foods as much as possible

Cheat meals not cheat days if needed

Just basically eat healthy and avoid food that is obviously bad for you!!

EXERCISE PORTION CONTROL

and lastly ..MOVE MORE!!!

How did Day 1 of the Skinny Jeans Challenge go? I did the 4 Moves Workout and today I'm feeling it in my thighs lol those lunges did it for me!

I think for today's cardio is going to be taking Zelly for a hike! emoticon
