Make lifestyle changes that will help me lose weight PERMANENTLY!











My Program:
Try to eat mostly unprocessed foods

Limit oils/salt/sugar

Eat complex carbs over simple carbs

Avoid red meat/pork

Avoid junk/processed foods as much as possible

Cheat meals not cheat days if needed

Just basically eat healthy and avoid food that is obviously bad for you!!

EXERCISE PORTION CONTROL

and lastly ..MOVE MORE!!!

You are so right! I'm always there for people when they post their goals and sometimes I get ideas. LoL, and I never judge if it just doesn't work out. One of the ideas I have for 2015 is to run 365 miles. 1 mile per day or 2 miles every other day, totally doable!

Have you come up with any for yourself yet?

Awww I'm glad! emoticon I always tell Nate, this shouldn't be difficult! LOL I think we make it difficult. But you'll see, this push is going to motivate you to stay on track! This is not some rigid lifestyle that when you mess up you loose a LIFE like in Mario Brothers LOL just gotta keep it moving and it'll get easier!
