On the way to being healthy...


Hi Everyone,
I have been trying for a few years to lose a few pounds that I gained, but I seemed to just gain more. I have my Master's Degree in Professional Counseling (Mental Health, Substance Abuse and Rehabilitation). I currently work as a Substance Abuse Counselor in a residential facility. This can be difficult as the work hours change a lot.
I want to lose weight, keep it off and stay healthy.

 I have just started to incorporate green smoothies in to my eating plan. I am currently working out with Jillian Michael's Ripped in 30 DVD.
