Adventures of the Shrinking Girl

I have been overweight since 10th grade when I quit playing sports and became a lazy bum. In college I gained at least the Freshman 15 and lost some of it right after college with the change in diet. But I have always had a desk job and the pounds have continued to pack on over the years. I am sick of carrying around all this excess weight. My weight makes me less confident, frustrates me when trying on clothes and is now even affecting my sleep quality.

In my free time I like to snowshoe, cook, read, bake, listen to music, write poetry, watch college basketball, sleep and do crafty projects.
