Here I am
I am really enjoying my training time again, now that I;m eating well and seeing results. Now that I am not so fearful of failing at my business (personal training) I am much more able to evaluate my choices.

My Goals:

Personal Information:
My journey started about 5 years ago, I was around 180lbs and had severe back pain. I was afraid of what kind of shape I'd be in if I was in that rough of shape at 21 so I started working out. I am happy to say no more back pain and I will be fit and active for life. I am now a certified personal trainer, and am focusing on making my goals concrete. Oct 2008 It's time for me to be completely honest. I have been struggling with my nutrition for a while now. I think it has to do with me not working full time, the fridge is just too convenient. I had quit tracking my food for a while but I'm back to it, I just feel embarassed about not keeping track or control of myself. So that's why it took me so long to write this. I have also been working on building muscle more than working at losing weight, which can get frustrating and lead me to, you guessed it the fridge. It is a terrible cycle and I think the only way to stop it is come clean and get support. I also thin
