Cardio exercise at least 15 minutes a day every day

track my nutrition daily

strength exercises 10 minutes daily

declutter 10 minutes a day every day

I and my husband live in a small town in Northern California with two dogs, five cats, ten chickens, a goat, along with many other animal friends both tame and wild.

I bought the book you suggested by Furhman and started reading it last night. Actually I couldn't put it down as I learned a lot on how one get to being a type II diabetic. My question to you is the diet is fairly strict so do you follow it religiously?

Hi Margi,
So sorry you've caught hubby's cold! We have it going around here in Maine, too, though I've not got it yet (knock on wood, lol). We get our flu shots at work next week so hoping I can miss this round (fingers crossed). When I saw Lisa's blog about the dance party I decided to be spicy and try them all so started with the Bollywood Burn and will work down through this list :) such a great idea, have to try them all! Hope you're feeling better real soon! Take care of yourself.
