hello, So i've been here awhile and still working on my good habits :) i'm happily married and just gave birth to our first child oct 26 2013.. he was born 3 months early and seeing him fight for his life made me realize i have it easy and i need to work harder to reach my goal not just for me anymore but for him! through the pregnancy I lost weight and i am about half way to my goal since my heaviest weight!! I can't weight to get started!!

I want to weigh 150 lbs and be healthy.

I want to be able to conceive a child. (conceived april2012 :)

When i'm done with journey i want people to look at me and say "shes an athlete"

I want to run a marathon and a triathlon.

I want to live long enough to see my great grand children.

My Program:
train hard eat healthy and enjoy my life..

cardio 3x a week
strength train 3x a week
fun exercise everyday!

start 210lbs
200 lbs-new running shoes
190lb- new dress and date
180 lbs-order turbo fire
170 lbs-mani, pedi, massage
160lbs- 2 outfits, dinner, movie
150lbs- makeover, wardrobe, skydiving!!

one day I will run a marathon as to when that day is i'm not sure yet but i will get there! One day i Will Do a triathalon. One day I WILL be a mother!I am now a mother est. oct 2012

It was good. It could have been SO MUCH BETTER if I had just been serious about training. But I guess considering the fact that I only did 2 training runs before the race, I guess I'm glad I didnt come in at the hour mark or that I didnt fall on my face. It was nice having so many people out there supporting me and cheering me on though. I'll post a blog in a bit. =)

Yes, we have to push these men. Ivan wants to get down to 185 by the end of this 90 day challenge so I'm going to push him to it! I'm going to do my best to make the best choices for both of us. You are going to have to do the same for your husband. AND for your baby. How amazing that through our struggle we are learning to eat healthy and control our portions and we'll be able to do this with our babies too so by the time they have to make their own eating choices healthy eating will be second nature to them. It will be NORMAL for them to fill their dinner plate with veggies and protein instead of pizza slices.

Thanks Jen!! Yes, we are very excited about this new option for us. My goal is to reach 259 by the end of September, 249 by the end of October, and 239 by the end of November and the challenge. Ivan also wants to loose 30 by the end of the challenge. We're working hard at it. We're also looking for a 5K in November to work towards (Ivan's not doing the Saturday one with me after all, he has a cold) and we're clearing out our workout room to start on the P90X. I know, I know, talk is cheap. But we're really going to try hard. I'm hoping I'll be able to invite you to my own baby shower before the end of 2013. =D
