Healthy Living

In April of 2012 I began to focus on losing weight. I was inspired by books on walking and running. Soon after I read some of the "The Spark", I joined Sparkpeople. I have lost about 20 pounds since April. My focus is now on running/walking so that I can sustain a fast enough pace in local competitions. Other than aspiring to live a healthy lifestyle, most of my days are spent reading. I am married with no children so I have a lot of time for myself.
