I started my Freshman year of college at 210 lbs at a height of only 5'4". By the time I graduated I wanted to have the body and career that I always wanted. I now have the career, but not quite the body. While I did not quite reach my goal I did lost 50 lbs. I now have at least 20-30 lbs to go before I feel like I will be in a healthy range. Honestly I don't want to set a number, but I am currently about 160 lbs (give or take a few lbs depending on the day) and I feel like if I were to hit 140 ...

I honestly don't know for sure about that all I know is that I am still carrying too much weight for my body frame. These last 20-30 lbs are more difficult than losing the last 50 lbs and it really SUCKS!!! I keep getting discouraged and I'm having a hard time keeping at it and not giving up. I go through awesome spurts then give up. Maybe I can finally do it this time.

Thanks for the encouragement on my blog! I wish you success with your journey as well! I just make myself track even if that is all I have time to do when I log on. I usually spin the wheel and head to my trackers. If I don't have time to read or post I figure I at least took care of what was most important for my being here. My nutrition, water and exercise. It is not easy but gets easier as I go!

emoticon Thanks for being a Missouri Team Blogger. I want to encourage you along the way. There are many Sparkers here that want to help so keep up the blogging! Way to go with your weightloss so far. Keep up the good work! I know how hard that can be when you are going to school and having so many things (friends,stress,family,work) that influence your daily decisions. Living on the 4th floor with definately help!LOL. emoticon
