Hi! I'm Jen, a busy working Mom to 2 great kids.

I started this journey over a year ago. At my heaviest, I weighted nearly 250lbs and was miserable. I had no energy to play with my kids, low self esteem, and just wanted to hide. When I turned 40, I just kind of said.."ENOUGH" and began making small changes. Started with going to the gym during lunch and just finding ways to fit in more activity. It took a while for the changes to show, but the internal changes were what really took me by surprise. My confidence skyrocketed. I didn't want to be invisible anymore.

Here I am over a year later. It's been a long journey and one I'm still on. I've lost nearly 40lbs and have truly learned to love myself and my body. I think I'm more fit today than I've been in my entire life.

My current challenge is limiting my calories - especially from carbs. Time to regroup and get serious again about tracking my food. I'm ready to lose the next 30 to 40lbs. The number isn't really important to me though. I just think it'd be pretty awesome to be that Mom at the pool wearing the hot bikini that turns everyone's head!

1.) Use the nutrition tracker every day!
2.) Join a Spark Challenge (Let me kids do it with me!)

Come up with a timeline for some new life changes.
