Thank you for the comment on my blog. I could be holding water. I didn't think of that. The way I have been drinking water, it wouldn't surprise me. Have a great day!

Yes please keep me updated on your "no sugar" quest! I am HORRIBLE when it comes to sugar and it doesn't help that my husband loves it too (and of course my 3 year old). I can last a little while cutting it out but then I go right back to my old habits. I know it is bad for me but I can't seem to stay away - addicted.

You give me hope that I one day I will break the sugar addiction. I know once I do a lot of my food problems will go away with it emoticon

Good Morning! emoticon ... sending you some sunshine!... it's raining here! emoticon

... anyway, my 1st Piyo workout... well, I liked it, but it is a strain on my arms/shoulders to do the downward dog and all poses where I have to put pressure on my upper body on the mat. What I have decided to do is to use a chair or props so that I don't have to put my full weight on my arms/shoulders. The front of my shoulders are sore now!

... other than that issue, I can do all the standing poses and I can alternate between the floor/mat and the chair.

Today is Day 2/60... upper body. I will check in and let you know how that one is like!

Have a great day! ~ Dee emoticon

Hi.... I will definitely let you know how I like Piyo! emoticon

Wow, you are doing Insanity????!!!!... how do you like it? I have all the Turbo Jam and Turbo Fire workouts, but Insanity was a bit too much for me! Have you seen results?
