My Goals:
lose weight
be healthy
be a good example of fitness to my kids



*Wear a single digit pant size

*Be excited to go clothes shopping

*Run a 5k with my sisters

*Do the Color Run with friends

*Be able to buy a pair of cute boots and wear them on the outside of my jeans.



My Program:
I workout daily with a cardio/weight workout and pilates.
Update 3/26/12 Cardio and yoga
5/13/13 - I've started Insanity Fast and Furious and Pilates.
7/8/13 I started T25



Personal Information:
I am from a smaller town in Indiana, and I love living here, except for the weather.

Other Information:
Love to read, love movies (my huge downfall since that is sitting and snacking epitomized) and trying to get on the bandwagon of loving to work out!

Thanks for all of your positive feedback! I'm getting better, so hopefully I'll be back on track soon. Right now I'm on the on-ramp LOL I've been a little better today, but didn't get to do too much exercise :S
