A new intro for a new year...
This is it, now I'm REALLY pushing 40. I'll turn forty on the 22nd of March, and getting to my goal still feels achievable, even though I'm going to have to really push to get there.

My goals for 2014:
1. Track my meals/snacks-I'm currently using the SP meal plans because I like to not have to think too much about how to balance my meals to meet my nutrional needs

2. Be active 6 days per week (Sunday-Friday) with planned ...
