A new intro for a new year...
Well, last year I was calling my Blog "Pushing 40 is exercise enough", and apparently I believed it, cause I basically did nothing for the majority of 2014. I'll turn forty-one on the 22nd of March, and getting to my goal still feels achievable, even though I'm going to have to really push to get there.
Now I just need a new name for my Blog, I guess...

My goals for 2015:
1. Track my meals/snacks-I'm currently using the SP meal plans ...

Now I just need a new name for my Blog, I guess...

My goals for 2015:
1. Track my meals/snacks-I'm currently using the SP meal plans for breakfast and lunch, then a recipe for supper (for a few nights in a row) because I like to not have to think too much about how to balance my meals to meet my nutrional needs

2. Be active 6 days per week (Sunday-Friday) with planned activity (running 5k M/W/F; Gym Tues/Thurs; longer run Sunday)

3. Get to goal and learn to maintain.

Preplanning my meals, cooking in advance and freezing for lunches/suppers on the go.
Running-3x a week run 5k , plus a longer run on the weekend.
Gym-get back to the routine of strength training twice per week.

I'm happily married to a great guy, and I have a really awesome 20yr old Step-daughter.

Other Information:
Starting out 2015 by organizing my LIFE! I work full time, and am doing 2 Child and Youth Degree courses by correspondence. As well, I am a Toastmasters member, and meet with that group once a week. In my spare time (WHAT SPARE TIME????) I love to make cards (greeting cards), using stamped images and embellishments.
Being the Card-maker extrordinaire that I am, I'm working on cleaning out my closet by giving away the MANY MANY card fronts I've collected over the years.
