This is my last and final journey through weightloss and physical fitness. I have tried again and again to do this, only to get side tracked along the way. This time... I mean business. Not only do I want to eat better and maybe actually have a strong fit body, but I also want to teach my daughter about eating right and the importance of exercise. It's time to just kick it in gear.

I've been obsessed over fitness for years, and I love trying new routines, but my problem is sticking to it and not letting little things get in my way. I've often talked about becoming a health and fitness instructor, but I need to get myself into shape and prove that I can do this before I start telling everyone else what they need to do. :)

My Goals:
I would like to work on my weight to start with. In the meantime I will continue running. I get spotty with my running schedule, but I'm going to start making it a regular habit. I'll start making it a priority to get to the gym at night as well. After I've reached my weight (down 42 pounds) and my running (as in RUN a whole 5K) I would like to focus on training for a Tough Mudder as well as a 10K, 1/2 Marathon, and Marathon. My new husband (as of September 7th, 2013 :)) wants to have kids right away, but I told him that I want to be as healthy as possible first, that way it will be instilled in our family and we will be able to continue on as a healthy couple with children. So I would like to reach a Tough Mudder and Marathon goal before I have another baby.

    I notice you have a ticker similar to mine only I have mine set to show how much I weigh. You started after me and have more points. Way to go. Keep on keeping on. You can accomplish your goal this time. I have faith in you.
