I started SP in September 2012, and with the help of the tools here, I have lost over 30 pounds and 6 inches off my waistline. Currently, I'm working on keeping that a permanent loss.

My Program:
- My nutrition plan includes: *I am still figuring out the right calorie range for me, but right now I'm at 1870-2220. However, I am trying to keep my intake at no less than 1900 since my experience has been that SP's calorie range tends to be a little low for me. *Daily tracking *No animal products *8 glasses of water daily *Minimal eating out (1-2x/month) *Extremely minimal frozen/prepared/processed meals (once every few months) - Daily fitness (average 65-70 minutes daily and burning around 2600 calories a week) combining the following: *Cardio *Strength training *Yoga *Walking I mostly exercise at home and frequently use videos by Coach Nicole, Hemalayaa, and Billy Blanks. I rotate types of workouts and areas targeted so everything gets adequate rest.
