My Goals:
My goals are to lose 35 lbs, gain confidence and pride in my appearace, have overall better health and just feel better.

My Program:
I am determined to get my mind set to work out daily, eat better, and eat smaller portions. You don't realize how the weight creeps up on you when your portion size is just a bit too large.

Personal Information:
I am married and mother to two insane Siberian Huskys =) whom I love dearly. Family means the world to me. My husband, sisters, brother, their spouses and children and their children's children, my inlaws, my late parents, cousins, etc...I am truly blessed.

Other Information:
Something that helps keep me going when I find myself anxious is to remember to always do good to all people, at all times, in every situation, especially to those people that challenge you. It's not always easy, but it is important.

Howdy...I'm back on this thing. Two reasons. First, I have to track my food daily for the next 90 days. Second, I'm needing accountability outside of this program I'm on. First 21 days is a cleanse (no sugar, no alcohol, no gluten, no dairy) and bootcamp type workouts 3 times a week. A friend of mine at church is starting a new program he learned in the UK and bringing it here to the states. He was recently certified, so I'm one of his "giuney pigs".. This one will be hard (really!! no alcohol/no dairy???) along with daily accountability tracking and kick butt boot camp style workouts. Goes until April 16th. Keep me in line sis!! Pretty please?! Hope your workouts are still going strong..you looked awesome at Christmas when I saw you. Love and hugs!!
