My Program:
*Work out at Four Mile Community Center 4-5times a week*
*Do arm workoutw every morning.
*Walk away the Pounds at home, once a day.
*use exercise bike, 4-6 miles per day when at Four Mile.
*swim/walk/zumba on weekends
*Cybex machines focusing on back muscles 3-4 times a week
*SIT UPS,SIT UPS,SIT UPS!!

Personal Information:
I have been on Spark or awhile. I live in Des Moines, Iowa. I like to read, paint, cook and attend bible study. I have a 7 year old son that keeps me active. We love being outdoors and running around.


Other Information:
I AM A CHRISTIAN AND I BELIEVE THAT JESUS CHRIST CAN HELP US THROUGH ANTHING!

Hi lady! I am doing well. School had me a bit freaked out last week, but I'm finding that it's not that bad. Still not in the swing of any exercises yet, but I'm ramping up and think I'm going to start forcing myself up early this week. The laws of physics are totally kicking my butt here. LOL

We are so glad to have you on the team! We’re hoping we have a fabulous Fall into Fitness challenge. Be sure to check in with the team regularly. A few things to acclimate you to the group, or reminders for those returning Orange Members!

emoticon ITC is the inter-team challenges that all Biggest Loser teams are doing together. There is an ITC and then a Bonus . . . which is also all teams.

emoticon OTC is Orange Team Challenge, which are challenges that our team is working toward. Hmmm . . . you will still see references to RTC, because we used to the Red Team and old habits die hard (which we also know from breaking some of our bad health habits). Our team will also have a mini-challenge – which is only our team as well. We will be looking for suggestions from our members so we have everyone’s input on the OTC/RTC and mini-challenges. Watch for that . . . coming soon.

emoticon We will post challenges each Wednesday evening/Thursday morning . . . so watch for those. There will be a challenge posting, and then a posting where you can report your progress just for that week.

emoticon Thursday is weigh in day, where you need to report your numbers so the lovely Vannessa (NESSAGIRL67) can then go and calculate, chase down the missing, and submit our results to the overall challenge.

emoticon Be sure to chat, ask questions, check-in often, and have fun. We’re all in this together. We’re so happy to have you all here, and we’re hoping for some great results.

hi there so far my exercising is going well i managed to walk 45 min for the past 2 days.I feel alot more energized..Glad to hear your feeling good too..Sure Id love to encourage each other..Enjoy your weekend.. emoticon emoticon emoticon .
