My Goals:
Great health, joy, and to feel fantastic in my body. I want to climb mountains, and I want to have children. I keep my original introduction to remind myself of why I'm here. Time has passed and it still holds true. Here is what I wrote September 29, 2007: My intention is to utilize this site to help hold myself accountable for my health-related goals. It would also be lovely to make some friends. :) I want to revisit my ingrained beliefs about dieting and excess weight, and to have an open mind in order to find what works for me.
My Program:
Follow my cravings while listening to my heart. "Do I REALLY want to eat this food?" If the answer is "Yes!," then I eat guilt-free and in moderation. Unless it's a green vegetable, then I eat as much as I possibly can and with great pride. ;)
