My Goals:
dTo he fit and have a healthier body that I can serve the Lord in.

Since I have reached my goal weight of 155 and at a size 8, I think that I would love to keep this weight and tone my body. I know that I will continue to lose some weight and if I could lose 100 lbs, that would be amazing!

My Program:
First and foremost, Pray. Pray to lose the weight and for the Lord to guide you upon your journey.

Second, the Bible is our guide. Use it. Listen to it and apply it. Leviticus 11 explains what we should eat and what we should not eat. To brake it down, do not eat shrimp, crab, catfish, pork, etc. Good things to eat are salmon, chicken, beef, lamb, etc. We should also eat fruits and veggies. The more you eat "of the earth," the healthier it will be for you. Think about it, do you want to eat something that is made to clean the earth? Or eats of dead things? No, give your body the things it needs from "the earth" instead of man made.

Write down everything you eat. Also include the calories and fat that your intake is. Even if it is a piece of gum, write it down.

Drink plenty of water and then some. You can never drink too much water since our body is mainly made up of water.

Excerise. Excerise to the point you feel like you are going to fall apart but

Hi Jess! Thanks for commenting on my 100 days blog...I agree we should be able to have a piece of cake on a special day if we want. You know, I just learned that the U.S. has a National Cake Day on November 26th! When did they come up with that one? emoticon I think I'll have to post that comment and see if anyone else knows of it. I never heard of it before. :) Have a fantastic Friday! emoticon emoticon
