Hello Jessica, So glad to see a beautiful young woman making a decision to become healthier. It is best to do it now while you are young. The older you get the more difficult to get the body in shape externally and internally. Your consistent exercising and healthy food goals will lead to a healthy body, mind and soul. It will get easier as time passes because it will become a habit. I made the mistake of procrastinating and now even thogh I lose lbs., I leave the ugly loose skin behind. At least I feel better and I am able to be less of a burden on my loved ones. Take care to remain firm in reaching your goal and maintaining it so you will not be where I am. Time passes all too quickly. Look how fast time has gone since you were a child at home. You can do something about it and I encourage you to continue down your path to better health.
