I don't have much discipline when it comes to diet and exercise so this is going to be hard! I want to be over all fit and healthy as I am completely out of shape right now! It would definitely help having someone there to motivate me and help me stay on track-that is why I am here!

trying to eat healthier while tracking my calories, carbs, protein, and fat intake. Weights 2x a week and cardio 4x!!!

I read a post of yours about being discouraged. Zumba classes are all the rage. You can you tube and do em at home. Maybe mixing up your routine will jump start the metabolism. GL
