I HATE to exercise. PASSIONATELY. Despite my past, I detest dieting and love to eat all those yummies that love to pack on the pounds!
I may be sarcastic occasionally, opinionated frequently, and always understanding because hey, I've been there. We all have.
3 years ago I started writing about my weight loss journey as a distraction from copy-writing and my second book, as well as to keep myself motivated. It quickly transformed into a mission to help others. I began at um, lets just say WELL over 200 lbs (not great at 5'6!) and miserable with the mirror and myself. Through yo-yo dieting, depression, 2 failed marriages, childbirth, fitness crazes, recurring eating disorders, a great physician and a truly awful one, the support of some wonderful friends and a LOT of wine-induced web surfing looking at ways to shrink my belly while I sleep, get buns, abs, thighs etc of steel, and all the other ways I could look like a model in 90 days or get my money back, I managed to find the path to enlightenment. Not really, but I've certainly learned some things and found my lap!
My goals have changed from dropping 90+ pounds to wanting to lose maybe 20 and get FIT!!!!! I'm finding out that using the right program helps!!!
I eat right MOST of the time... darn chocolate gets me though lol. I also do about 35-40 min of circuit/kickboxing type training 5 days a week, weights/toning 20-40 min 6 days a week... and NOTHING on Sundays.... that's MY day lol
