Hi,

Its almost fall, so I am in the mood for some pumpkin stuff. School is starting back up and the boys are not wanting to start again, but what they do want is for christmas music to come back. They also keep asking me for pumpkin pie and no bakes but I am so not ready to make them that yet. I dont mind the smell but it takes a lot of work to make my pies since I refuse to get a premade one at the store.

My Goals:
I want to be able to shop at other stores besides Lane Bryant and the Avenue.

I want to weight between 140 and 150

I want to walk a 5K

I plan on working my way little steps at a time, starting with 10 pounds.

I want to be able to go on rides and not have to tell my husbands and kids I can't ride because I wont fit.

Last I want to get off this high blood pressure pill. I hate taking pills so I only take them when I absolutely have too. So this is a big one for me.

My Program:
Just got a YMCA membership so my schedule will be:

Monday: swimming with boys from 9:30 - 11
Tuesday: 10 minutes
Wednesday: swimming with boys 9:30 - 11
Thursday: 10 minutes
Friday: cleaning at my grandparents house
Saturday: 10 minutes

With that I plan on tracking my food and staying within my calorie range.

I am from Ohio

Other Information:
I am a homeschooling mama. I don't like all of the testing the kids in public school do. I think time should be spent learning and doing more hands on then sitting at a desk all day to study for another test.

Time to stay hydrated, eat some good fruits and veggies, get in some out door exercise and enjoy the nice weather. This week the purple passion are doing exercise reps and tracking. Come join us in creating a healthier summer.
