Learning to live.
Over the past 2 years I have successfully lost and maintained a 140 pound weight loss. I am trying to learn how to live life. It is all about balance and I need to get a little more of that back. These past 2 years have been a whirlwind of emotions and have given me a plethora of learning experiences and now I just want to be able to live, stay healthy and treat my body how it deserves to be treated.

My Goals:
My goals are to maintain the weight loss I've achieved. Stay between 140-160 lbs. Run 10 Miles Straight- *DONE 4/13/13 Do 100 "man" push ups Be able to do a pull up Run a 10K?? Run 625+ miles in 2013
My Program:
Workout 3+ times a week Strength Training!!!! Eat clean and healthy (most of the time) 1200-1500 calories a day (or more depending on the day)
