Wecome back to SP! Also, thank you for your service! I read your comment on Sizing in Biggest Loser - I left you a comment there. I see you have 2 children and between your day's work and your children you have very little time to exercise. I applaud you on having your priorities straight. However, I'm wondering if you might incorporate your exercise into the time spent with your kids. Can you play some sports/games with them that would get everybody moving - bike riding, hoops, etc? Of course, I don't know the ages of your children and this might impact this idea - LOL. Just an idea . . . Good luck to you!
