Thanks for answering my question, it all sounds great! I will be making your oatmeal this week, I've been searching for a filling morning meal and this sounds both delicious and satisfying. Nighttime eating is where my desire to stay on track begins to wane, lately I've been having a serving of Zesty Ranch Veggie Straws (they're salty like chips, so it feels like a big cheat, lol).
