My Goals:
My goal is to keep going, I'd like to reach 140, but to get in the 140's and maintain that would be fabulous!

My Program:
Zumber 4-5 days a week, toning 3 days, and my friend and I are doing a C25K program so I'd like to soon be able to run a 5k the whole way through.

Personal Information:
I am from Ashland, Ky. I am 41 years old with a wonderful hubby and 2 great boys aged 21 and 12. My husband and I own a small business and it keeps me very busy and stressed, but I am enjoying it!

Other Information:
I am a huge fan of The Left Behind series. I have all of the books and I am starting the 1st of the last 3 now.

My favorite movies ate The Princess Bride, Labrynth and The Wizard of Oz.

Fave TV shows: Greys Anatomy, The Biggest Loser, So You Think You Can Dance, The Bachelor/ette, Private Practice, Super Nanny...there are more, lol

Hi Julie, How are you? Are you still doing the Zumba? I found some good Zumba dancers on You Tube to dance to. Lots of fun and some moves that I didn't see on the Zumba Dvds. I also picked out some of my favorite songs to dance to on You Tube and spent an hour dancing and having fun, even if I was all by myself. LOL. emoticon emoticon emoticon Janice

I am good.
Had a super stressful mom day.
Love then to death but that make me crazy.

I did good on eating no sweets.
Pbj for lunch
Crackers and cheese for snack
Meatloaf is in the oven (lean)
I did mess up and skipped breakfast i have had a headache and did not want to eat.

I walked watp 2 mile workout and it felt great.
Monday i am starting the 8wk body makeover.
I am also going back to my 1 cheat day a week. Its what i had so much success w in the past. So i am going back to it.

Daily walks I could do with the kids but my hubby only gets home 1 hour before sons bedtime so its dinner, bath, bed each night. No time. The walks we are going to do is LONG. We go to the school and walk the track while the kids ride bikes. We walk for over an hour (depending on heat) We have to put the bikes in the car and drive to the school (since our subdivision sucks and really a horrible place for children to ride bikes-CARS dont stop at intersections and go way too fast)

I am thinking thru some things and bumping up my routine. I know that I am not doing as much as I need to be doing and that is purely my fault. I know that I can fix it but sadly I am taking a little longer to get my groove. I will get it. Never giving up!!

I am not doing as good as I need to be doing. I have not lost any weight and I am getting frustrated. I know getting upset does not help but ugh!!! I did so good when I lost in the past but this time life seems to be in the way so much more. I will not give up until I reach my goals.

Just having a poor me morning lol not really but it sounded like it. oops

Today I will make the effort to find an hour for me and push myself harder. I will add back in our family weekend walking starting this week.
