My Goals:
I reached my goal of 140, now thinking about 135, which was my original goal.

My Program:
Zumba 4-5 days a week, toning 3 days, and my friend and I did a C25K program at the beginning of the year and since then I have done many 5k's along with 2 10k and a half marathon! I plan to do 2 more in 2014 and a full in 2015.

Personal Information:
I am from Ashland, Ky. I am 42 years old with a wonderful hubby and 2 great boys aged 22 and 13. My husband and I own a small business and it keeps me very busy and stressed, but I am enjoying it!

Other Information:
My favorite movies ate The Princess Bride, Labrynth and The Wizard of Oz.

Fave TV shows: Greys Anatomy, The Biggest Loser, The Walking Dead, Revolution, The Voice and American Idol.

You can work in your own speed work. Think interval training. Work up to 10X400 on a track or on a treadmill, where you run your 5K race pace, then rest up to 400 meters. Do this every week, or every other week. Start at 4 reps. Your body will become accustom to running faster in time. It is not my favorite workout, but it is great for cardio, so I do it to mix things up. Keep up the great work.

You always help so much. I definitely need a change/challenge.
I like the fitness test idea. I think I can come up with something to do there. keeping track of what I do isn't something I have been doing. I don't know why.
And I definitely need more new recipes. So tired of eating the same thing.
And to add to the bright side: The sun is coming up earlier ! More daylight is a good thing. I'm going to start some of my seeds inside for my garden this weekend.
