My Goals:
I reached my goal of 140, now thinking about 135, which was my original goal.

My Program:
Zumba 1-2 days a week, toning 3 days, and my friend and I did a C25K program at the beginning of 2013 and since then I have done dozens of 5k's along with 3 4 milers, 2 10k and 4 half marathons! I am training for a full in October and have 3 more halves on tap for 2014 Already looking at some for 2015!

Personal Information:
I am from Ashland, Ky. I am 42 years old with a wonderful hubby and 2 great boys aged 22 and 13. My husband and I own a small business and it keeps me very busy and stressed, but I am enjoying it!

Other Information:
My favorite movies ate The Princess Bride, Labrynth and The Wizard of Oz.

Fave TV shows: Greys Anatomy, The Biggest Loser, The Walking Dead, Revolution, The Voice and American Idol.
