Taking Back My Life!
On August 12, 2010 I decide to take back my life. Things have been a little crazy this past year. After feeling the pains of down sizing in a career that shouldn't feel it. I am employed in the educational field. Becoming part of the statistic of Americans suffering from to much debt. And regain the weight I have lost over the past 3 years plus a few extra pounds for good measure. I decided to take back my life, reset my goals, and start a eat clean program. I am employed in the educational field. Becoming part of the statistic of Americans suffering from to much debt. And regain the weight I have lost over the past 3 years plus a few extra pounds for good measure. I decided to take back my life, reset my goals, and start a eat clean program. I plan to spend time make my diet of clean foods, clean the cluter out of my house (so I can move), get a handle on my finances, and become more diligent to my exercise program. My Goals:
My Goals:~ Exercise for at least 45 minutes a day~ Lose weight~ Get a better body image I am making the following changes:~ To eat clean. Reduce snacks (chocolate, ice cream)~ Increase fruit and vegetable intake to 3 portions of each a day~ Increase my fiber intake to at least 25 mg a day ~ Increased water intake to 9-8oz glasses a day~ Working out on my Fluidity Bar each day
