My Goals:
I talk all the time about wanting to lose weight but never actually put forth the effort to do so. I'm hoping that with this program I will be held accountable and stick to the things I say I would like to do. I would really like to lose about 25 pounds by the end of the year!

My Program:
I don't have a specific program that I am currently doing.

I am in the process of cutting cokes out of my daily routine and watching the things that I eat more closely. I also tend to eat late at night so my plan for that is to not eat past a certain time...7:00 is probably a good time to cut off the food intake.

Personal Information:
My name is Lindsay. I am a very busy person and I have a difficult time finding time in my day to put forth the effort needed to lose the weight I want to lose.

I am going to try my best though! :)

Other Information:
God took his time to create me and I want to care about myself as much as he does!

Okay, okay, so I've been busted!! You are right - long days and short nights will certainly lead to being sleepy. It is now 10:40 and I may just take you up on your advice and head for the bed.
