My Goals:
I aim to lose 100 pounds. That gets me to 190. From there, my goal will be to stay under 200 lbs.

I'm hoping this will result in, at the very least, a reduction in the dosage of statins and BP medication.

My Program:
Eating better and excercising. Specifically, I'm doing the full body 30 minute workout at Planet Fitness. Basically it's alternating 10 minutes of "steps" with reps on weight machines). I follow that up with 20-30 minutes of cardio. I do that 2 times a week.

4 other days during the week I do 30-45 minutes of cardio. Split between an Arc Trainer and an Elliptical.

Personal Information:
I'm in St. Louis, MO.
I'm 40ish, with three tremendous boys and an awesome wife.

Other Information:
Other info about me.
I love music, and I'm a musician, but I'm reluctant to share what instrument I play, because it'd be enough info to figure out who I am in real life and I'm generally pretty private online.
